Silvia Portugal-Singh is a third generation Broker, with extensive knowledge of the Los Angeles and Orange County marketplace. She is Ranked in the Top 2% Nationwide within the Berkshire Hathaway Real Estate Network, which has been honored to be named #1 by J.D. Power’s Satisfaction Study for “Highest Overall Satisfaction for Repeat Home Seller’s Among National Full Service Real Estate Firms”.

Prior to being a full-time Broker she worked as a Consultant at IBM. Her role was centered on understanding her customer’s wants and needs and helping make them a reality. She prides herself in exceptional customer service, ensuring that her clients receive the highest level of attention and care. Because of her level of customer service she has been a multi-million dollar producer for the past decade.  She takes a sincere consultative approach in getting to know her clients, by asking the right questions and listening intently to understand their criteria and what is most important to them.

Silvia uses cutting-edge international marketing and develops customized strategies for each client she represents, combining cutting edge technology, print media and target mailings to ensure maximum exposure that leads to their success.

Silvia Portugal-Singh is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in International Business and Economics. She also studied at la Fundación José Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain and Harvard Business School. She is fluent in Spanish. When Silvia is not busy with her clients you can find her spending time with family and doing community service; volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, Meals on Wheels, etc.

MONICA BERMUDEZ

Monica Bermudez’s collaborative and fun spirit instantly creates a welcoming environment. She holds true to her core values and personal code of ethics: honesty, integrity, and empathy. Values that she carries with her after having  graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her MBA in 2012. She applied these values when she began her full time role in Commercial and Residential Property Management. A lifelong learner, Monica is currently obtaining her second master’s degree, a MA in Leadership; the program has allowed her to continue  practicing a human-centered approach to solving the complex challenges leaders face. Clients can expect that  her experience as a liaison throughout her career in property management and interdisciplinary degree in leadership will allow for transformational and human-centered experiences. It is in this vein that Monica is committed to transparency in all her work and to taking personal responsibility in exceeding clients expectations.

Part of exceeding clients’ expectations is rooted in her empathy and understanding. Married to a Costa Rican entrepreneur and Mexican-American herself, Monica values and prioritizes diverse perspectives and cultures in her day-to-day life and her professional career. Monica understands what families are looking for in a home. As a mother to her beautiful daughter Jazmiine, Monica will also be attentive to how the needs, demands and concerns of family life shapes home buying decisions. Most importantly, she also knows that the process has to be fun and enjoyable!

A big part of her life is volunteering with the American Cancer Society over the past 16 years  in hopes to increase knowledge and help with funding a cure. A society that revolves around building connections and hearing others testimonies seems suited for a person who also values personal relationships such as Monica. In addition, for the past 8 years she has volunteered as the Board President for the Alosta HomeOwner Association in Azusa, CA. In this role, she has learned the importance of collective collaboration and initiatives to enhance the living atmosphere for all tenants within this community.
