Silvia Portugal-Singh is a graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in International Business and Economics. She also studied at la Fundación José Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain and Harvard Business School. She is fluent in Spanish. When Silvia is not busy with her clients you can find her spending time with family and doing community service; volunteering at the Boys and Girls Club, Meals on Wheels, etc.
Monica Bermudez’s collaborative and fun spirit instantly creates a welcoming environment. Her main source of caring for her clients is always holding herself to all of her client’s needs. Monica holds true to her core values and personal code of ethics: honesty, integrity, and empathy. Values that she carries with her after having graduated from Azusa Pacific University with her MBA in 2012. She applied these values when she began her full time role in Commercial and Residential Property Management. A lifelong learner, Monica is currently obtaining her second master’s degree, a MA in Leadership; the program has allowed her to continue practicing a human-centered approach to solving the complex challenges leaders face. Married to a Costa Rican entrepreneur and Mexican-American herself, Monica values and prioritizes diverse perspectives and cultures in her day-to-day life and her professional career. A big part of her life is volunteering with the American Cancer Society over the past 16 years in hopes to increase knowledge and help with funding a cure. A society that revolves around building connections and hearing others testimonies seems suited for a person who also values personal relationships such as Monica. In addition, for the past 8 years she has volunteered as the Board President for the Alosta HomeOwner Association in Azusa, CA. In this role, she has learned the importance of collective collaboration and initiatives to enhance the living atmosphere for all tenants within this community.
Clarissa Yee comes from a long line of family who are deeply involved in real estate. Her motivations behind becoming a Realtor didn’t just come from being surrounded by it, but to be able to ensure any person she works for, receives the same service she would provide for her family.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Clarissa was a Fitness Instructor and a Franchise Manager. These roles allowed her to understand any issues from a plethora of customers and find ways to be able to solve them in a timely manner. Being a fitness instructor allowed her to connect with and understand people in order to provide tools in encouraging them to become their best self.
Clarissa graduated with a BS in Business and Sociology from University of California, Riverside where she was the Recruitment chair of an organization that aided women in need. She worked in the Dominican Republic where she assisted in providing clinics for locals and access to healthcare. This brought a new appreciation of the core values of humankind, regardless of the continent, that we all want one thing; a happy, healthy home. Clarissa thrives in an environment where she can advocate for people and what they need which has reflected in Real Estate in which she can utilize her strong negotiation skills in ensuring her clients find success in what they are seeking.
